集装箱装载是SPC地板出口订单出厂前的最后阶段。当地板到达买方仓库或项目现场时,合适的装载计划有助于保护纸箱、控制货物移动并提高卸货效率。

1.确认地板和包装规格

装货计划从确认的订单规格开始。核心厚度和附加背衬应单独记录,因为它们影响纸箱数量、托盘配置和货物总重量。

重要:
带有1mm IXPE背衬的5mm SPC不应仅记录为“6mm地板”核心和背衬必须单独确认,以避免重量和负载计算中的错误。

2.计算包装数量和货物重量

确认产品结构后,供应商准备包装和装载计算。由于SPC地板是一种密集的产品,因此在使用所有可用空间之前可能会达到容器有效载荷。

3.检查纸箱并准备托盘

装货前,纸箱经过检查并安排在出口托盘上。损坏的纸箱应更换或加固,包装后所有标签应保持可读性。

4.检查空容器

在第一个托盘装载之前,应检查空容器。地板不应放在有可见水、污染、强烈气味或结构损坏的容器内。

  • 检查集装箱地板、墙壁和屋顶

  • 寻找洞、水渍和可见的水分

  • 检查门,锁杆和门封

  • 清除可能损坏纸箱的尖锐物体或材料

  • 记录集装箱编号并拍摄检查照片

5.装载托盘并分配重量

托盘位置应根据托盘尺寸、重量和买方卸货情况进行规划。重型托盘应谨慎分布,而不是集中在一个区域。

在加载过程中,团队检查:

  • 托盘标签尽可能保持可见

6.固定容器内的SPC地板

在所有托盘定位后,货物带和适当的保护材料被用来减少公路运输、港口装卸和远洋运输过程中的移动。
