How can you distinguish whether SPC flooring is made from brand-new materials or recycled materials?
The most reliable method for determining whether SPC flooring is manufactured from virgin or recycled materials is through laboratory testing. Common market assessment methods—such as observing color, tactile feel, and light transmittance—are not 100% accurate. Laboratory testing encompasses physical property tests, chemical composition analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. These tests yield authoritative and reliable results.
-
How do you ensure the quality of the flooring?
Floren operates four concurrent quality inspection systems throughout the entire production facility. The first system involves raw material inspection, ensuring the stability and quality of incoming materials; the second is in-process inspection, conducting random sampling across various production stages every 1 to 2 hours; the third is laboratory quality testing, performing physical and chemical analyses on both in-process products and finished goods; and the final system consists of pre-shipment inspections for finished products. Our objective is to achieve a pass rate exceeding 98% and a 100% first-pass yield.
-
Does the quality of the bulk goods match the quality of the samples?
All samples are drawn from the bulk shipment and therefore possess the same quality as the bulk goods. Even pre-production samples, which are produced separately, are manufactured using the exact same production processes as the bulk products.
-
What quality inspection reports are available?
We can provide product specifications, production inspection records, loading photos, and basic quality checking information. Third-party testing can also be arranged according to project requirements.
