What are your payment terms?

Our standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Flexible terms are available for long-term partners.
Do you charge for samples?

Samples are free, while freight is covered by the customer. In many cases, freight costs can be refunded in bulk orders.
Are you a SPC flooring manufacturer? What is your capability?

Yes. Floren is a professional PVC flooring manufacturer with multiple production bases in China, offering strong OEM capability and stable global supply.
Do you provide OEM / private label services?

Yes. We offer full OEM support including custom branding, sizes, structures, and packaging.
What is your delivery lead time? What is your delivery lead time?

Standard lead time is 30 to 35 days after deposit. Samples take around 7 days, and production typically takes 20 to 25 days depending on order details.
